Registration Dates and Rates:
Registration rates are all-inclusive and include: overnight single accommodations Wednesday through Friday; all meals from Thursday breakfast through Saturday lunch, all morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, parking; in-room Wi-Fi; and all program materials.
Registration closes October 10, 2018 at 5 pm. No exceptions.
All participants MUST be present for the entire program to receive credit. No exceptions.
