Thank you for registering for the 2023 Master Municipal Clerk and Clerk of the Board Academy scheduled for March 8 – 10, 2023. Now that you have registered, this email serves as your confirmation. Please keep it for your records. Your registration details are below.

We will be at the Kellogg West Conference Center & Hotel, located at 3801 W. Temple Ave., Bldg. 76, Pomona, CA. One registration price covers two nights hotel accommodations single occupancy, all meals and snacks (beginning Wednesday lunch and ending Friday lunch), parking, in room wifi and all Academy materials. If you are commuting, your registration price covers everything except the hotel accommodations. The dates are March 8 – 10, 2023. If you paid by credit card, thank you for your payment. If you are paying by check, follow the remittance instructions in your confirmation email.

Attendance and full participation for the entire Academy is required for a certificate of completion. There is no make-up work or partial credit.

Additional logistical and program details will be provided soon. Thank you again for your registration.

Registration and Cancellation Information:
If you are paying by check and want the Early Bird rate, your payment must be received no later than January 20, 2023. Payments received after that date will be increased to the regular registration rate. Please mail your check to the address below. Registration closes February 17, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. or earlier if capacity is reached. Seats will be given on a first registered, first paid basis.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 5 p.m. These cancellations are subject to a $300 administrative fee and the credit card fee is non-refundable. Any cancellation requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. There are no credits issued under any circumstance.

All participants MUST be present for all required Academy session to receive credit. There are no make-ups or partial credits. No exceptions.
